Perhaps you found us through a search online, saw our trucks on the streets of New York, or got a recommendation and have questions about our wholesale food services. No problem. We are here to answer and help you! 

We put together answers to the most commonly asked questions for your convenience. If you don’t find what you need, just give us a call. Flexibility is our middle name!

How do I open an account?

To become a Fadaro customer, go to (New Account) and complete the information required for "create new account". Once completed and received, someone from our team will review your application and reach out to you within 1-2 business days.

What establishments do you service?

Fadaro is a wholesale supplier and sells exclusively to businesses. We are not open to the general public.

What products do you sell?

We sell fruit, vegetables, specialty items, dairy, eggs, frozen, beverages, groceries, meat, and chicken.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

No, there is not.

What is Fadaro's delivery schedule?

We make deliveries Monday through Saturday. 

What are the hours you deliver?

Special requests can be made but the majority of our deliveries are made between 5 am - 10 am. 

What areas do you service?

Currently, we are servicing  Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and select parts of Bergen County, New Jersey. 

Can I request a specific delivery date and delivery window for my order?

Yes, we take pride in accommodating our customers' requests. Please reach out to your sales rep or contact us at (917) 737-7773 or info@fadaro.com to request a specific delivery window. 

How do I request a return or credit?

Please make sure to inspect all items at the time of delivery. If an item was received in error or the quality was compromised, make sure to contact us within 24 hours from the delivery date.

Who do I contact if I'm missing an item?

If you think you've been shorted an item, received one by mistake, or have a question about a product, please call us immediately at 917-737-7773.

Can you source items that I can't find on your website?

We try our best to accommodate our customers. If you don't see an item on our website that you would like to purchase, please reach out to your rep or email info@fadaro.com and we will get back to you. 

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you have several options. You can either call your order in, email an order to your sales rep, or place an order using our online ordering portal Order Now 

How do I request a catalog of your products?

To view all the products Fadaro currently carries, go to your online account or create an account by clicking here Log In 

How can I apply for terms for my business account?

You can apply for credit terms by completing and submitting an online credit application or by emailing your sales rep to request one via email. 

How can I pay my open invoice?

You can make payment by calling our office at 917-737-7773.
